All rates are per person per day, based on a minimum stay of 3 nights.
We offer the option of choosing B&B or half-board arrangement (5-course menu in the evening, pizza on request). Our à-la-carte restaurant and pizzeria are open daily.
- Garage parking spaces for motorbikes are free of charge, for cars we charge €8 per day.
- Bed and breakfast for €13 less than half board.
- The supplement for single occupancy of the double room is €10-25/day.
Reduction for children: For children up to 2 years in the parents’ room we charge 15-25€ per day, children from 2 years receive up to 50% discount.
For dogs we charge a daily fee €10 – €20 per dog, excluding food.
Rates do not include the local tourist tax of €3.20, which is levied for all guests aged 14 and over.

Terms of payment
All rates are per person per day, based on a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The supplement for single occupancy of the double room is €10-25/day.
A surcharge of up to 20% applies for bookings of less than 3 nights.
Rates do not include the local tourist tax of €2.90 pppn, which is levied for all guests aged 14 and over.

8 – 11 years: 20% discount
12 – 13 years: 10% discount
Room with breakfast or half board
We offer the option of choosing B&B or half-board arrangement (4-course menu with salad buffet in the evening, pizza on request). Our à-la-carte restaurant and pizzeria are open daily.
Payment methods
We accept payment in cash, by advance bank transfer and by credit or debit card.
Deposit
Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a deposit.
Cancellation
Although the Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of withdrawal in the case of hotel bookings, we still allow for cancellation under the following conditions
Cancellation
- For bookings cancelled no later than 15 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price
- For cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival, we charge 70% of the booking price
- In the event of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the booking price.
- • In the event of no-show, we charge 80% of the booking price.
Please refer to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Code (decree 206/2005) for further information.
Travel insurance
We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover for any penalties in the event your trip is cancelled. Click here to insure your holiday.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is available from 1 p.m. – or earlier by prior arrangement. On departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m.
Parking
The parking spaces in our garage are free for motorbikes and cost €5 per day for cars. There are also free outdoor parking options.
Charging station
A charging station for electric cars is available on site.
Transfer service
Need a lift? Let us know: we’re happy to pick you up from Bozen or Neumarkt/Auer train station and take you there on departure.
Bus no. 181 connecting Bozen train station to the bus stop in Petersberg (a 10-minute walk from here) runs every hour.
Dogs are welcome
By prior arrangement, we’re happy to welcome your four-legged friend, too. The supplement is €10 per night (food excluded). Please note: dogs are not allowed in the dining room, but welcome in the bar and pizzeria.
Ski and bicycle depot
You can store away safely any bicycle or ski equipment and dry your ski boots in our dedicated depot.
Toboggans
If you need toboggans for your adventures on snow, we’re happy to lend them to you.
Discounts at the Obereggen ski school
Our guests enjoy special discounts for group ski courses.
Discounts at the Petersberg golf club
As our guest, you also enjoy a 20% discount on green fees at the Petersberg golf club.
Car-free holidays
Guest Pass Eggental: use this tourist card to travel for free on all public transport in the Eggental valley and throughout South Tyrol.
Mountain Pass – May to November: this pass grants you unlimited use of 17 lifts in the Rosengarten, Latemar and Seiser Alm areas for 3 or 5 days (within a 5 or 7-day period). The Mountain Pass can be obtained at the Deutschnofen information offices, at the Obereggen ticket office and various other points of sale.
Free ski bus
There’s a free skibus service connecting our hotel to the Obereggen ski resort.
