All prices are per day and person for half-board and a minimum stay of 3 days. Included is a breakfast-buffet and a salad-buffet coming along with a comprehensive dinner, comfortable rooms with shower/bath, toilet, TV, phone, safe and balcony.
Rooms with breakfast are 20% cheaper as those with half-board.
Single rooms are 10% dearer.
Reduction for children: Children until 2 years of age FREE in their parents room. Children at 2 years of age and above get up to 50% reduction.

Ski Special for kids from 18.03.12 to 15.04.12:
This offer is valid at a minimum stay of 7 days and includes a free accomodation for children up to 8 years of age (born after the 26.11.2003) in ther parents room and a free skiing ticket if the companion buys a skiing ticket for the same period. Children up to 12 years (born after the 26.11.1999) get a 50% reduction for the same offer (230,50 €).
Ski-school Obereggen: Kids up tp 12 years get a 50% reduction on skiing courses, if at least one campanion takes a similar skiing course. The minimum period for such a skiing course is 5 days.

Skiing in the sun from 24.03.12 to 15.04.12:
7 days of HB at the price of 6 and 6 days skiing ticket at the price of 5: 444,00 €

In winter we offer a FREE-BUS to the near, wonderful skiing area Obereggen/Latemar/Pampeago/Predazzo, where you will succeed in finding your favourite skiing track.

For cross-country-skiing we have great tracks just 50 meters beside the house.

Our all-inklusive offer for spring and autumn:

From 15.04.12 to 08.07.12 you'll find our hiking weeks: One week HB at the reduced price of 325,00 € per person.
From 02.09.12 to 07.10.12 we offer one week of HB for 325,00 € per person.
From 07.10.12 to 30.11.12 the weekly price is at 320,00 € per person, inclusive Guest-card. Kids until 8 years of age stay for FREE in their parents room. During this time - if the weather plays along nicely - we offer guided tours once a week. You will get a breakfast-buffet and a comprehensive dinner coming along with a salad-buffet. Once a week we even offer you a fondue or pizza made in our wood stove.

In spring, summer and autumn you'll get a FREE hiking ticket that allows you to partecipate at guided hikings, photo presentations and many more.
